Monday, February 19, 2007 - Rollin' Rollin' Rollin!

Michael rolled again! This time from back to front! He did it three times on Saturday and then a bunch of times Sunday. Each time he's getting better at it and getting better at moving his hands out from underneath his body. He'll be crawling before we know it.

He's also been doing a bunch of other new stuff in the last few weeks. Besides rolling he's been vocalizing more and more (blowing raspberries is tons of fun), playing more independently, reaching and scooting to get toys, petting the dogs, and trying to stand.

In fact, just this morning he was sitting on Julie's lap and wanted to play with his Around We Go activity center. So what did he do, he stood up and took a step toward it and grabbed on! Holy cow! Then he did it again a few minutes later! He's very wobbly and can't stay up without a little help balancing from mommy and daddy, but he's got the right idea!

It won't be long before we have a toddler running around!
