Yay! This evening Julie and I became Aunt & Uncle again! My sister gave birth to Ava Marian at 6:07 pm. I can't wait to go meet my new niece! Congratulations Missy, Marc, and Joey! I'll try to get pictures up asap.

Will our baby be the 300,000,000th American? According to Gerber the 300 millionth American will be born some time in October. Keep your fingers crossed for our little peanut! For more information, visit Gerber 300.

I've added a new section to my site called Surveys. I already have four surveys available (all baby related). They include Boy or Girl, When will the baby be born?, and Name the baby... (both boy and girl names). Place your votes and see how things turn out! I'll also be adding other surveys from time to time. You can view them all on my Surveys page.

We went in for another ultrasound this morning just to make sure everything was healing well after last week. Everything is looking good, the baby's heartbeat was strong, and it was very active again.

Today I placed my second Geocache. It's a micro-cache in the park in our neighborhood. Don't know what Geocaching is? Geocaching is the sport of finding hidden treasures around the world based on their latitude and longitude. You use a GPS unit to find the cache, sign a log book, and trade some small trinkets. It's a great game that promotes environmental awareness (check out www.cacheintrashout.org) and finding new outdoor locations. I've found many areas that I never new existed since starting this. Well, we had a slight scare last night, but things are just fine. We went in to see the Dr. this morning and got good news. We also had another ultrasound. We got to see the baby waving! It has tiny little arms and legs and we could even see fingers and toes!
